Hi, I'm Jodie.

I'm a first-time mum and founder of Little Caddie Co.

Little Caddie Co was born from my own experience of trying to navigate life with a baby and wondering if there was an easier way to feel prepared when leaving the house.

Before becoming a parent, people tell you how stressful life with a baby can be. You listen, of course, but I don't think you truly understand it until you're living it.

Suddenly, even the simplest things can feel overwhelming. A quick trip to the shops isn't just a quick trip anymore. It's remembering nappies, wipes, spare clothes, bibs, muslins, bottles, dummies... and a hundred other things "just in case".

There were times when I'd genuinely put off going somewhere because I couldn't face the chaos of getting everything together.

Overwhelming is probably the best word for it.

I've always been organised, but even I found myself carrying a huge changing bag packed with far more than I ever actually needed. Then, when I did need something, I'd find myself rummaging around at the bottom of the bag trying to find it.

I remember thinking, there has to be an easier way.

That's where the idea for Little Caddie Co came from.

I wanted a simple grab-and-go kit containing the essentials I was most likely to need, without having to carry half the nursery around with me.

Now, instead of a rucksack overflowing with things I rarely use, I have a compact pouch that I can grab in seconds. Everything has its place, everything is easy to find, and leaving the house feels that little bit less stressful.

I genuinely use my own kit every day and absolutely love it.

Has it been a life changer?

For me, yes.

It's taken away so much of the stress and overthinking that came with leaving the house with a baby. It's one less thing to worry about, and as any parent knows, that's a pretty big deal.

Little Caddie Co was created because I wanted to share that feeling with other parents.
